The last few weeks I have been reading a series of Substack articles from 17th SOG going into the depths of the abyss which is the child "protective services" system, and how it has been used in many states for subversive motives, and how federal laws and agencies, and judges, have been part and parcel of this evil system.
The child is at risk for further 'revenge abuse' by the grandmother's fiance!
The child is happy and healthy in Florida with the father who has custody, and the child should NEVER be forced back into an abusive situation.
The child is being stressed and used as a pawn in the grandmother's attempt to regain her former club founding status for 'grandparents raising grandkids.'
She did a lousy job living with an angry 'fiance?' That's laughable.....how long does a couple stay afianced?
Perhaps Joe can write the Attorney General of Florida about this miscarriage of justice.
Ok, I'm not very computer savvy but I did write governor DeSantis. But I realized I don't know Joe's full name. I tried to send a clipboard of the article from my phone....but I don't know if it went thru.
Maybe you can send the article in its entirety to DeSantis, far better than I, through his government web page.
Maybe as media, you can send your entire article through his media website?
I reached out to Joe and let him know I'd like to cover his story but I haven't heard back from him. I'm hoping that means he's got good help already.
I believe all will be made right when the Storm happens, which seemingly could be any day now. I pray and believe Joe will get the justice he and his family deserve.
Oh,, and I forgot to add, guess who got the sizeable inheritance from the adoptive mother, when the perpetrator was jailed, his brother was in a mental institution, and his sister had already been jailed. Florida State.
I’m not much of a researcher, but I do know how to pray, and Joe just got put on the list. I pray he’s not in California because I’ve had personal experience with their CPS through family members. They could care less about the best interest of the child.
It’s my belief that some of these children were trafficked by CPS. and a sad part is there were times when they weren’t even aware that it was happening.

The entire family court system is corrupted by the money, and it most likely outcome for kids in high conflict divorces is that they find themselves in the criminal court system in the future. I takes having real faith and tenacity to go learn all the law oneself, especially as an alienated father. No family court lawyers will ever actually “represent” the best interest of the kids or the client. They represent their billable hours.
There are many suicides among my compatriots. It’s tragic and it destroys everybody’s lives.

Isn't Florida where One World Adoption Services, Inc was convicted for child trafficking when they were trying to take children from parents who wanted their children? Remember Jeff Kasky from Parkland? He is the Vice President. If CPS, govt, etc., cared about the children so much, how did 200-250K children disappear into the US from the border?
